I HAVE A FLAT IN A-8/802,KLJ GREENS,FBD,TILL NOW I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY DEMAND FOR ENHANCED EDC BUT I HAVE RECIEVED ONE LETTER AS A INFORMATION FOR INCREASED EDC WITHOUT ANY DUE DATE OR EXACT AMOUNT TO BE PAID SO I CAN NOT SAY IT DEMAND LETTER.I DONT KNOW WHETHER U HAVE RECIEVED THE SAME.DO U HAVE ANY UPDATE OF CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN ADJOINING AREAS.

Dear Mr. Hasan & all,
Today I had been to KLJ Greens site, the work is stalled. I had received demand letter for 18th floor roof slab & for enhanced EDC that is why had gone to check it out. The roof slab upto 16th floor is done. Will not be paying any further amount to KLJ. In all other projects work has been completed or is going on but KLJ, it is heartening to note the current status. BPTP has started another project work in front of KLJ.
LET US ALL GET TOGETHER & PAY A VISIT TO THIS KLJ OFFICE AT DELHI, WE CAN NOT ALLOW THEM TO SUCK OUR HARD EARNED MONEY ANY FURTHER.

When few people take initiative and try to bring every one together...NONE of you show interest...
we just want some else to take care of our hard earned money..we just want others to take action while we relaxing at home, minding other priority work but of course we will keep showing concerns over the MAIL that builder is looting us...

No doubt builder will have every intention to loot us...

JUST RIGHT NOW I HAVE RECIEVED DEMAND NOTE 4 ENHANCED EDC TO PAY WITHIN 21 DAYS,3 DAYS BEFORE I HAD PAID FOR 14TH FLR ROOF SLAB.NOW I M SURPRISED TO GO THRGH YR MAIL .PLS LET ME KNOW THE LATEST STATUS OF INFRASTRCTRE OF SURROUNDING WHETHER IT IS AS BEFORE WE SEEN OF SOME PROGRESS.KINDLY REPLY IN DETAILS.

WOULD ANYBODY WHO HAS VISITED THE AREA IN A FORTNIGHT BE NICE ENOUGH TO SPARE A FEW MINUTES SO THAT EVERY BODY COULD BE ENLIGHTENED/INFORMED.
