KLJ Platinum Plus construction status, possession, resale discussion

Dear Members,

I along with two colleagues have booked flats being developed by KLJ Townplanners Pvt Ltd in Neharpar, Sector-77, Faridabad under theIr project titled "PLATINUM PLUS". Since the last two years they are sitting with our Booking amount and have nothing to show for it. Subsequntly they had sent a demand letter for some additional amount which we didn't give because LIC Home Finance, our Home Loan Provider had informed us that they have not started dispersal of loans for this project as Sanction Drawings have not been submitted by KLJ yet. Subsequently KLJ has telephonically informed us that they have got their DRawing sanctioned, but no documents to show for it. Hence we would like to form a group of fellow sufferers so that we can compile some pressure on KLJ to come clean about whether they are serious about developing the project, and if so than by what time.

Dear Mr. Ghosh,

You are right. I also purpose to form a group of those people who have paid money for KLJ Platinum Plus unit but did not get any proper and valid response from builder.
I have already paid 25% of BSP in Apr 2010 and has not been provided any agreement letter to me.
I request to all who have paid 25% of BSP like me for KLJ Platinum Plus unit and did not get any document from KLJ should form a group and go to the consumer court together as we are entitled of getting interest on our money as suggested by a legal expert recently to me.

This is necessary now to show that we can not be exploited any more and we are strong enough to take any legal step.
