PRANAYAM EDC increase

Dear All,

One quick query I have on the Puri calculation letter. What is this interest component for? It works out to 33% of the increased amount? Why are the buyers supposed to pay any interest if they have already deposited EDC when it was demanded originally and the demand of the enhanced EDC has come only now. First of all this demand of increase in EDC is totally unjustified and even if we consider this demand then also why do we need to pay interest for the period which HUDA took to decide the final EDC amount.

After reviewing feedback from esteemed members I may be permitted to submit that we are considered as soft targets for all practical purposes , because by hook or crook every one [which includes HUDA & Builder]wants to squeeze unit holders who have booked apartments after putting lot of strenuous time consuming spade work .No one realizes the fact that unexpected infringements of proposed ED Rise causes financial crunch to us .
In any case we have to wait for the Court decision to chalk out our strategy.

Also Note: I visited construction site almost after 4 months. The only thing added to my apartment was electricity wiring. there is no other change in last 4 months. But Yes outside tower, the landscaping work was worth observation.

Dear Esteemed Members
Feedback after meeting M/S Puri Constructions is awaited from dear members who volunteered to meet the Builder.
In the meanwhile I am attaching a file containing photos surrounding Pranayam Block D .These have been taken on or around 29th October ,2011 by a dear kith and kin of mine at my instance. The review of these photos shall indicate status of work and likely date of completion. Please indicate your assessment and share with all. Others must also make it a point to take snaps of the Pranayam Complex from time to time when they happen to visit the area and share them with their prospective neighbors.

I received information from Majithia ji about unfavorable disposal of the EDC case by Court .Some members were likely to meet Puri Constructions.There is no feedback so far about the outcome of meeting.Please evolve a common strategy.We must not hesitate to request Puri Construction for grace time and payment in instalments.Is there any possibility of appealing?

There is no feedback from members .Some have started paying additional EDC Rise in instalments.Therefore I also plan to make Additional payment of EDC rise in instalments.
We must however keep our struggle alive , and` if win the court case ,then obviously we shall get the credit of that.
Let all join proposed 13 November protest and give support our Court proceedings.
