ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के साथ शहर के कई हिस्सों में प्राइवेट बिल्डर अपने हाउसिंग प्रोेजेक्ट डिवेलप कर रहे हैं। इन बिल्डरों के खिलाफ टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग विभाग के पास लगातार शिकायतें आ रही हैं। शिकायतों के मद्देनजर विभाग ने बिल्डरों के खिलाफ सख्त रवैया अपनाया है। विभाग की सीनियर टाउन प्लानर (एसटीपी) ने शहर के कई बिल्डरों को नोटिस जारी किया है कि वे अपने प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित प्रोग्रेस रिपोर्ट हर महीने विभाग में जमा कराएंगे।

शहर में फिलहाल काफी सारे हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट चल रहे हैं। ज्यादातर प्राइवेट बिल्डर इन्हें डिवेलप कर रहे हैं। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में 11 लाइसेंस प्राप्त प्राइवेट बिल्डर 2500 एकड़ जमीन पर डिवेलपमेंट का काम कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा और भी बहुत से बिल्डर शहर में काम कर रहे हैं। इन बिल्डरों के खिलाफ लगातार टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग विभाग के पास शिकायतें आ रही हैं। बिल्डर प्लानिंग विभाग के नियमों का भी पालन नहीं कर रहे हैं।

प्लानिंग विभाग के अधिकारियों के अनुसार बिल्डर अपने प्रोजेक्ट के संबंध में विभाग को पूरी जानकारी नहीं दे रहे हैं। शहर में बहुत से बिल्डर तो ऐसे हैं जो कि अपनी बिल्डिंगों के नक्शे भी विभाग से पास नहीं कराते हैं। इसके अलावा निर्माण कार्य पूरा होने की डिटेल भी विभाग के पास नहीं भेजे जाने की शिकायतें सामने आयी हैं। सबसे ज्यादा शिकायतें पजेशन देने से संबंधित होती हैं। सभी बिल्डर अपनी पूरी रिपोर्ट विभाग के पास भेजें इसके लिए विभाग ने शहर के लगभग 28 बिल्डरों को नोटिस जारी किया है। अब उन्हें हर महीने प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित पूरी रिपोर्ट विभाग में जमा करानी होगी। इससे प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित सारी अपडेट विभाग के पास रहेगी। इससे बिल्डर अपनी मनमानी नहीं कर पाएंगे साथ ही शहर में डिवेलपमेंट को भी रफ्तार मिलेगी।

सीनियर टाउन प्लानर गीता प्रकाश का कहना है कि बिल्डर नियमों का पालन नहीं करते हैं। इसलिए यह अनिवार्य किया गया है कि सभी बिल्डर हर महीने प्रोग्रेस रिर्पोट जमा कराएंगे , ताकि प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित सारी अपडेट विभाग के पास रह स के।

Indeed...its a step in the right direction and if they can implement this then it will surely help. They are talking about monthly monitoring, even if they can do quarterly monitoring then also it will be great.

Right pankaj.. nothing happening there.. They are just making public fool by releasing these types of news so that people don't stop to invest their money on Nehar par projects. Govt and Builders are in same group. They are just making fool of us.

I still don;t think that they will be attending to end buyers complaint. All they interested is tightening nose of Builders in terms of compliance so that they can get more money from them. Probably because they are anticipating completion formalities by Builders
