· Shiv Sai (Mr. Sandeep Gupta) to revert back, before 10.12.2011, with the final Possession Dates for all towers ( Except Tower 8 & 9).
· Shiv Sai to share the detailed ''Per Sq Ft'' calculation of the Enhanced EDC charged to customers.
· Shiv sai has confirmed that they have got all necessary approvals to get complete electricity load from DHVB. Electricity line laying would be done within a month.
· Shiv Sai to consider the following issues applicable to all towers/apartments :
- The windows frame in the main drawing room is made from wood and have no protection from rains, which will damage the wood in rainy seasons. This is a serious concern as it may also cause the glass to come out of the window frame. Shiv Sai can install a plastic window canopy over the window which will serve the purpose.
- Shiv Sai to check if the kitchen door is installed correctly and would not cause any issues in opening of refrigerator or day to day working.
- Shi Sai management would address and resolve individual complain in case any owner has issues with his units.
· Any tentative timeline of possession of Tower 8 and Tower 9.
· There would be construction activity which will get started where we have the sample flat, but the labour entry / exit would be separate and it would not impact the resident of Ozone park.
· Club and other construction are expected to get completed by same May – June time period
· Shiv Sai would install Gen-set in tranches based on occupancy. The first one is expected in Jan’12.
· Shiv Sai would hand over the keys of individual units before the date of possession in case the buyers want to start their individual wood work etc.
Above were the main discussion points. Shiv Sai management will revert with the final possession dates as well as EDC calculation, which will be shared with everyone.
