ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के विकास के लिए 456 करोड़ अपर्याप्त

फरीदाबाद, मुख्य संवाददाता : राज्य सरकार ने बेशक ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के विकास के लिए 456 करोड़ रुपये की मंजूरी दी है, लेकिन यहां विकसित हो रहे क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए यह राशि पर्याप्त नहीं है। हालांकि इस क्षेत्र में पिछले दो वर्षो से लगातार विकास की बाट जोह रहे बिल्डरों ने विकास की शुरुआत पर राहत की सांस अवश्य ली है। बिल्डरों का कहना है कि सरकार ने देर से सही, लेकिन विकास के लिए राशि तो मंजूर की। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में सड़कें बनेंगी, तो विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त होगा। एसआरएस ग्रुप के चेयरमैन डॉ. अनिल जिंदल कहते हैं कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में सरकार को अब तक डेढ़ हजार करोड़ रुपये बतौर बाह्य विकास शुल्क (ईडीसी) व आंतरिक विकास शुल्क (आइडीसी) मिल चुकी है। इस अनुपात में विकास कार्यो की गति धीमी ही कही जाएगी। सरकार ने जब विकास की तरफ ध्यान देना शुरू कर दिया है, तो आने वाले दिनों में यहां रौनक बढ़ेगी। पीयूष ग्रुप के प्रबंध निदेशक अमित गोयल का कहना है कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा की ओर से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के विकास के लिए 456 करोड़ रुपये मंजूर किए जाने के बाद यहां के विकास की राह आसान हो जाएंगी। उनके अनुसार, ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बिल्डरों ने अपना काम पूरा कर दिया है। अब सड़कें बनने के बाद यहां सघन बसावट भी शुरू हो जाएगी। क्राउन ग्रुप के वाइसचेयरमैन जेपी गुप्ता कहते हैं कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के विकास के लिए बिल्डर और निवेशक लंबे समय से प्रयासरत थे। सरकार ने अब यह राशि मंजूर कर यहां के उन निवेशकों की पुकार सुनी है, जो क्षेत्र में विकास की बाट जोह रहे थे। उल्लेखनीय है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में निवेशकों ने पिछले साल जोकर बन कर सरकार से विकास कार्य कराने की अपील की थी।

May I ask

what is the source of this 456 RsCrs???

Who has paid for it??

Is it being given in Charity out of somebodies pocket???

Are we being obliged by approving projects which could have been executed at 1/3rd the cost??

Neither is the amount of sanction sufficient, nor appropriate and past project execution of departments, run by state govt, clearly are no indicator of any possible execution happening in an efficient, time bound and committed manner.

NO BETTER TIME THAN TODAY, WHILE THE OFFICIAL MACHINERY IS IN OVERDRIVE MAKING ANNOUNCEMENTS IN VIEW OF THE ENSUING ELECTIONS, TO GET THE JOB DONE

Even few builders are speaking the language of "appeasement" and "swearing" of having done their part. Unfortunately holding the lions share and the main builder BPTP with maximum no of projects in the area has hardly done anything worth mentioning.

In the final analysis it is mainly the home seekers who got out of his house and dressed up as a joker to convey the desperation. BUT THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES..

Today everybody can see the online tender invited by HUDA on HUDA website ( right hand site click e-tender )for construction of Master Road from sector 75 to 89 amounting to Rs.209 Crores with opening on 8.2012. I hope work will be started by the end of March/April, 2012.

I am too obliged. all the toil, sweat, apprehensions have finally delivered this sweet reward. I sincerely feel gratified by all those who are part of this movement and have slept sleepless nights thinking of moving into their own homes they have been denied.. Hope the builders follow suit.
Hope this gets executed in a proper fashion and at a fast speed.

Nature of work: Construction of Master roads Sector -75 to 89, Faridabad. “Supply & laying of earth work in embankment, Granular Sub Base, Wet Mix Macadam, Dense Bituminous Macadam, Bituminous Concrete M-20 Cast in situ Kerb & Channel, Reinforced Cemetn Concrete drain Culverts & all other works contingent thereto (Including one year free defect liability period & further 4 year paid maintenance after successful completion of work & free maintenance period)

Amount: Rs.209,33,00,000/-
Start & End date of Tender Download:06-01-2012 at 11.00 a.m. upto 30-01-2012 at 5.00 p.m.
Period of Completion: 18 Months

The struggle has yielded some result and going forward another major issue regarding increase in EDC needs to be addressed by the State Govt. Matter in court

Builders in the area now should start delivering and stop harping non development by govt even though this is a normal tender invitation. Definitely will keep fingers crossed about this one as well.

नहर पार डिवेलप हो रहे ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को जल्द ही विकास के पंख लगने वाले हैं। जहां एक तरफ मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह हूडा ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मास्टर रोड और मास्टर सीवर के लिए 456 करोड़ रुपये को मंजूरी दे दी है, वहीं अब जल्द ही ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के लिए प्रस्तावित 181.29 करोड़ रुपये को भी मंजूरी मिलने वाली है। हूडा ने ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में पानी की सप्लाई, बिजली की लाइन और स्ट्रोम वाटर हारवेस्टिंग के लिए बजट तैयार कर मंजूरी के लिए भेज दिया है। हूडा अधिकारियों का कहना है कि अगली मीटिंग में इस बजट को मंजूरी मिल जाएगी, जिसके बाद ग्रेटर में मास्टर रोड और सीवर के साथ बिजली की लाइन, पानी की लाइन और बरसातीपानी की निकासी के लिए स्ट्रोम वाटर हारवेस्टिंग सिस्टम लगाने का काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।


20.45 करोड़ बिजली के लिए

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बिजली की लाइन बिछाने की जिम्मेवारी हूडा की ही है। लाइन बिछाने के बाद हूडा इसे डीएचबीवीएन को हैंडओवर कर देगा। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में बिजली की व्यवस्था करने के लिए हूडा ने 20.45 करोड़ रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है और उसे मंजूरी के लिए उच्च अधिकारियों के पास भेज दिया गया है।


पानी की लाइन के लिए 54.67 करोड़ रुपये

ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में डिवेलप होने वाले हूडा के 15 सेक्टरों और प्राइवेट बिल्डरों की हाउसिंग सोसायटी में पानी सप्लाई के लिए लिए हूडा को यहां पर मास्टर सीवर लाइन बिछानी होगी। इसके लिए हूडा ने फिलहाल 54.67 करोड़ रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है। मास्टर रोड के साथ ही पानी की लाइन डाली जाएगी और यहां से सेक्टरों में जोड़ी जाएगी। अभी हूडा को 52 किलोमीटर लंबे मास्टर रोड की 31 किमी जमीन पर कब्जा मिला है। इसलिए केवल इतने क्षेत्र के लिए ही पानी की पाइप लाइन बिछाने का बजट तैयार किया गया है।


स्ट्रोम वॉटर हारवेस्टिंग पर 106.16 करोड़

फरीदाबाद में कई सेक्टरों में जलभराव की समस्या है। बहुत से सेक्टर और उनकी डिवाइडिंग रोड ऐसी हैं जिनमें बारिश के दिनों में तालाब जैसी स्थिति बन जाती है। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टरों में इस तरह की कोई परेशानी न हो इसके लिए हूडा ने अभी से तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में हूडा पहले ही बेहतर स्ट्रोम वॉटर हारवेस्टिंग सिस्टम लगाने जा रहा है। इसके लिए हूडा ने 106.16 करोड़ रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है। मास्टर रोड के साथ , सेक्टरों में , पार्कों में स्ट्रोम वाटर हारवेस्टिंग सिस्टम लगाए जाएंगे। ताकि बरसाती पानीको आसानी से जमीन में रिचार्ज किया जा सके।


जल्द मिलेगी बजट को मंजूरी

हूडा एसई टी . डी . चोपड़ा का कहना है कि ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद में मास्टर रोड और मास्टर सीवर के बजट को मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। इसके साथ ही हमने स्ट्रोम वॉटर , पानी की सप्लाई और बिजली की लाइन बिछाने के लिए लगभग 181 करोड़ रुपये का बजट तैयार किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि बजट मंजूरी के लिए भेज दिया गया है। जल्द ही बजट को मंजूरी मिल जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि उम्मीद है कि उच्च अधिकारियों के साथ होने वाली अगली मीटिंग में बजट को मंजूरी मिल जाए गी
