Members help required for visit to Chandigarh

Hello All Forum Members,

GFWA Team has planned to visit Chandigarh somewhere in 2nd week of February (working day) for follow up meeting with Director, DTCP on results of EDC account audits of various builders in Greater Faridabad. Also, team will visit our (GFWA) lawyers in Chandigarh for helping them file strong rejoinder (reply). Requesting members help for coming forward and join the team in taking the common good cause for greater faridabad. We are expecting at least 1 person from each housing project in Greater Faridabad (Sectors 75 to 89).Those who are interested, please reply to this post or send your confirmations to core@myfaridabad.in

Still only 5 projects. What about other 61 housing projects? To name a few, RPS Savana, Omaxe Heights, SPR Buildtech, BPTP resorts, BPTP princess park etc. etc.

I am surprised at low participation from members. One of reasons may be members may be thinking that who will bear the expenses of travel ?

I am very happy to inform that GFWA governing board has accepted request for bearing expenses of all members involved in this visit from GFWA funds.

So, please come forward and join for common cause involving us. We are yet to see particiation from housing groups of RPS, Omaxe, Shiv Sai, SPR, Puri, ERA, Ferrous,Triveni etc.

Hi Dheeraj,
I am also surprised at the low participation.
And, to add to it, for people whose lacs of Rs. n EMI sword hanging over most of us every month, I cannot be more surprised if some are waiting for GFWA to fund this meager expense?
The builders are making fun of our capabilities, keeping our hard earned money with them, and a handful of people are bullying thousands of us, and we are not ready to stand together..
Friends, pl stand together now and pave the way for a safe n secure future for all of us.
The area has the potential to become one of the best properties in NCR region, if and only if we get the HUDA n Hooda Govt to act n act fast.

Apart from the common issues of GFWA members, Our society has one major Issue that
KST is not the owner of land, instead is operating on POA from RPS and thus none of the nationalised
Banks are funding the project.This rejection of loans from Banks is a kind of Not Authorised Stamp for the project.
Our members feel that HUDA/DTCP in the first place should not have passed the maps while project was starting,
and now they should PRESS KST Builder to convert POA of land into REGISTRY OF LAND to proceed further.

KLJ has Increased the area of the flat without any prior information and now they are Demanding Extra Amount for the same.
Service tax is also one important issue . First of all whether it is payble or not, secondlay they are not even clearing the rate of service tax.
They have also Increased the Basic price of the flat in their last demand letter.
Possession has already been delayed.
