GFWA legal team is currently doing ground work for filing writ petition/PIL against Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) for increase in EDC charges in Faridabad. As litigation will be filed in Punjab and Haryana High Court in Chandigarh, we will require some support from our Chandigarh friends.

We are able to resolve this with help of our Chandigarh GFWA contact. Thanks a lot to Mr. Kumar.

It is sad to note that I did not receive even a single call for providing help but I did receive calls/IM messages asking for investment advise, whether to pay EDC charges or not etc. It is again a Wake Up call for members.

Once again to repeat, GFWA is not a property dealer site or investory body. GFWA agenda is for development of Greater Faridabad without exploitation of buyers.
