Increased EDC charges

Though nothing new and as expected KLJ has also started sending demand letter / notification towards increased EDC charges.
Has any one checked with them the claulcation for this new demand and other stuff...
Mainly we should be able to know:
- The demand received by KLJ from HUDA and due date to pay that (This should clearly explain how EDC charges per sq feet is derived)
- Has KLJ paid all initial EDC charges to HUDA, if no then how penalty is beign taken care...

The other way to get this info cud be via RTI....

If any one has this info then please share....

My suggestion is that few people should go to KLJ corporate office and try to seek clarification regarding EDC before giving any money to KLJ.
I have put my queries in my first mail...

I just would like to ask KLj 2 things. one- total area on which New edc/idc is applicable & two-what is total difference as asked for by TCP/HUDA combine?. This would give us the per sft increase. correct me please on this.

is the next date of hearing fixed for 3rd Feb2012 in place of 31st Jan.2012??

as i have not depoisted idc/edc charges as it has been stayed by highcourt
should i depoist it or not .second they are delaying in posseseion
what should i do in this regard

Its a day dreaming to get possession on August 2013. Since KLJ is costructing more project parlelly. How can one live there in dusty atmosqhere? There is no water, sewage and approaching sector road facility. We have to wait more than 6 months to stay our dream house.
