Update: After that, 1 more RTI reply was received from Haryana Roadways which informed no planning has been done for Sectors 75 to 89, Faridabad

Dear All,

RTI Replies from District Town Planner, Faridabad regarding transport and connectivity (please find attached answers).
Questions asked by me were

Q.1 Has planning been done for Public Transport in Sectors 75 to 89? If yes, can you please inform me about website address for viewing those documents?

Q.2 Is there a plan for connecting these new sectors via Delhi Metro as this area will have a high population density and estimated population of around 2 lakhs by 2013?

Q.3 Will HUDA be sponsoring Delhi Metro links to these sectors and providing funds to DMRC? THis is with reference to DDA providing funds to DMRC for linking Dwarka internal sectors?

Q.4 Are Bus routes identified for connecting these sectors to main Faridabad, NCR regions like Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Ghaziabad, Greater NOIDA?

Q.5 Are sites identified for bus terminals in these new sectors?

Q.6 What are the number of buses that are planned for these new sectors?

Q.7 What are the plans for Taxi Stands, Auto Rickshaw stands in these new sectors?

Q.8 How many new licenses will be given by taxis and auto rickshaws in these new sectors?
