SRS Royal Hills enhanced EDC demand

I have already mailed and speedpost the letter regrading extension the date for submitting the enhanched EDC to SRS, HUDA & DTCP on 13th September and 14 th September respectively.Still I have'n got any reply.

Let's fix meeting on Sunday at a place either in Faridabad or in South Delhi Convenient to all of the SRS Royal Hills buyers time will be around 3pm to discuss the matter regarding to meet SRS official on 24th September.

Dear All

I am also buyer of a Flat at SRS Royal Hills . My suggestion is to have meeting at Faridabad and and on Saturday . So that we have a face to face discussion with SRS officials.

I dont expect any kind of relief from them but atleast we can ask for a copy of Huda demand letter and the calculations . Every builder is asking for a different amount , we need to e sure what we pay . Also we need to discuss , how will this amount be adjusted if High Court gives a stay on this matter.

Have you received any reply from SRS regarding your letters. Have we decided any thing on this?.
Should we go ahead to pay EDC or wait for nov 1 hearing.

I want to go with all what others members are doing.

Are there any members in this forum who are planning to pay the EDC or all have the same opinion of not paying it now?
I request all the members to highlight the action they are taking to have a consolidated common action.

Dear Friends

Did any one get any satisfactory reply from SRS Real Estate about enchanced EDC?
Should we prceed with RTI ? Then they will have to share the information and Builder's dubious claims will come to light.

I did not pay the enhanced EDC. I am sure they are cheating us, if their claim would have been correct then they would have shared with us the enhanced EDC calcualtion.

I dont think we have any definite answer whether we should we pay the EDC or not.

Can any body tell me if we pay the EDC to builder now and later we wins the case to whom we would have to claim the paid EDC ? Will that be adjusted by builder at the time of possession or we will have to claim from HUDA.

I think if we get an understanding from builder that this amount will be adjusted by them during possession i see no harm in paying it now.

I know many members would not be agreeing with this, in fact i am also not 100% sure of this action but i found only this way to avoid heavy interest on all of us which is piling up on all of us now day by day.
Now even SRS has also shown us the letter in which HUDA has demanded them the enhanced EDC, they will also have to pay the interest also if they dnt not pay the EDC on time, so this all interest has to be borne by us. Later we cannot claim to waive this interest.

Even at the end If the case takes long time may be 1 or 2 yrs we will not be offered possession as SRS would say that they have not got occupancy clearance from HUDA because of EDC issue.

See if all the members of the forum can give their views on above. I would be ready to go to builder to get this kind of understanding.

Hi Indrani/Shyamal, which flat was urs ?Mine is 2+1 in Royal hills and they charged me 3.47 Lacs as Enhanced EDC/IDC.

Please confirm what is enhance edc/idc for 2+1 in royal hills.

has anyone calculated the refundable EDC??
Can you pls share how many of us already paid the enhanced EDC to SRS.
I have calculated the refundable EDC amount (Refer attached Sheet)
Kindly check the sheet and suggest whether it is correct or not.
We should communicate and discuss on this so that we can approach SRS on this.

Thanks for calculating EDC on behalf of all SRS Royal Hills members. Let us wait for the endorsement of the calculation by Dheeraj Ji.
On receipt of confirmation from Dheeraj Ji, we should plan to visit the office of SRS for implementation of the same at the earliest.
Regarding formation of RWA, let us put effort towards gathering information of all SRS Royal Hills members.

I already paid my enhanced EDc. I calculated it earlier the differnce was comng around rs 39 per sq ft which is close to what kamal has got.
Let dheerajji confirm this.
I think it would be good if we can send a common letter to SRS from all SRS royal hills memberes instead of mailing or posting it separately.
Let me know the meeting date and time.
