Anyone 3BHK Possession is Offered, Pls share whenever you get it??

I am not sure if possession for any 3 BHK tower has been offered.
Pls share info if you are aware of any details now, or whenever possession is offered for your tower.

OSCAR TOWER- Possession not yet offered

To my surprise, Omaxe is showing on their website, Omaxe Heights as being Delivered

Till now you might be aware that Omaxe has issued the "offer of Possession" in last week of March to only three towers in Omaxe Heights .They are claiming that they will offer all before July 2012.

Ya thats true there website showing 'Project delievered' ,its not new from Omaxe.

SRS Residency has also offered possession for their 3BHK B1 tower. I got the demand letter yesterday.

Hi, any idea by when would we get the possession for Messeturn Tower? They had claimed it would be last August, which then became Jan, 2012 and now I have no idea. Any information would be a big help.

Omaxe fake promises are now not a new one. Still they released the possession of only three towers in the month of March for which till now there is no news when they hand over the final possession as they have not got the Occupation letter for Registeration.
Its a nice way to grab the money from the buyers as they lure the buyers to have a " car parking " on first cum first basis. EDC money even they are not adjusting till now.

Anyways...Messterun tower possession offer might be August 2012.

I have paid for "close parking". How Omaxe is allocating the car paking?

Hi,

I am in Sorrento tower. I would not like to post the flat number to prevent identity theft. I paid the next day I received the possession letter, within 2 days the cheque got credited into Omaxe's account and I selected my parking on the third day.

I have been writing to Omaxe to refund interest on enhanced EDC but they are not replying back. Have you talked to them about this? If so, what was their response?

Thank you for providing me with an update Vinita. I agree, we are all so tired of waiting. I called the Omaxe call center and was told June, 2012 as the possession date by them. We had visited the site last month and the tower is far from nearing completion.

Hello Vinita,

Greetings.

I own a flat in MARK Tower 901.
Yesterday i.e. 26/04/12, I was supposed to take the possession of flat to which I refuse.

But there are points which are not yet finished like :
1) Few of the electrical switches are not proper, springs seem to be broken.
2) In Balconies walls of adjoining windows has having lot of stains of paan, which could not be ignored.
3) Most of the the door stopper are not working properly.
4) Many of the tiles has defect.
5) Many of the taps didn’t have no/less-pressure water supply.
6) Window wooden frame didn’t seem to be of new brand quality, it seem to be old.
7) Chitakni of window are not properly working/ in any case one chitakni is not working.
8) Door paint is not proper.
9) Places near to MCB and other electrical fitting has holes need to be filled and paint properly.
10) Slap below granite slap in kitchen and in kids room has bad looking white-wash very uneven and very odd need to be work upon to give good look.



To my surprise they don’t find anything uncommon in this.
They say people are not pointing such small things in possession.
I want to know your views and comments.


In addition I want to know that how in omaxe height we plan to distinguish electrical supply from backup and routine supply
As tariff from both has significant difference i.e. Rs. ~5 vs Rs.15
I feel strong need to have mechanism to let user know from which supply user is consuming the electricity.
