When will Piyush Group give possession?

A friend of mine visited Piyush Heights office yesterday and he was informed that now possession of first 3 towers will be given in October 2012. It is very strange that these 3 towers are in stage of 90-95% completion for more than a year and yet Piyush Group is denying possession. What could be the reason? I can guess only 1 reason:

- They are having around Rs 28 crores of original EDC outstanding to Govt. (as clear from document filed by TCP in Punjab & Haryana High Court) which they collected from buyers in 2006-07 and have not paid. They may have invested this money in other projects and now don't have funds to pay to Govt.

Other reasons, what you can think of please post. I have also created a poll on when we can expect Piyush to give first possession?

I had a discussion with their customer care 5-6 days back & they informed that possession will be given from June.12 i,e exactly the three months schedule which Piyush Group is following judiciously for last one & half year.I request them to put the same on writing & to send a mail to me . But nothing has come.

This clearly indicates as on date they do not have any plan to give possession in near future.

I hv visited the site almost month back & do not think the Piyush Heights will be livable even after one year as the speed is very very slow.

Latest update is possession is again delayed and now new dates are November 2012 for first 3 towers F, G and H. When I purchased flat, I was committed November, 2010 possession.

is there is any penalty where builder is unable to give possession on the said date , is there is any legal action we can take where possession is delayed

Any update on possession of 3 BHK ?
One of the Broker called me today and I checked with him about the possession, He informed it will not be before 6 months for 3 BHK and 2 BHK might take more than 1.5 years for possession....

How far this news is correct ?

We all must be rushed to the builder office and house to threshold them and we have to stop the works on new sites by rushing in huge mass. The builder assets must be captured till possession given.
