RPS RHYTHM status update

Hi,

I have booked the apartment in RPS - RHYTHM project, sector 88 greater Faridabad (Melody tower no.T-11) on 17th feburary 2009. Till date I have paid the booking amount and the amount for which demand raised by the builder. Inspite of many correspondence, I have not receive any status about the project and the possession date.
Anybody in this forum knows the status of the project.

Till date no any types of construction appear at site. I think this project is dumped for some years till getting all types approvals/clearance by competent authority. Please ask to developer for about current scenarios. At RPS site photographs up-to-dated seen as “Construction as on 20.06.2010”.

Thanks Jayant and Praveen for the information. Looks like the got scrapped.

I wrote to the builder regarding the same. They are insisting me to switch my booking to their another ongoing project. But I think, they have lost the goodwil and trust and I want to withdraw my invested money with interest.
Please guide me how to withdraw the invested money. Has anybody in the forum undergone with similar situation?

Nothing comes without court intervention .... I have already filed the case ......suggest you to do the same else u will get only the amount deposited . they r big cheaters.
