DGTCP has explicitly ordered builders to refund/revise enhanced EDC demands made to buyers. GFWA has now obtained signed copies of these letters from Chandigarh. GFWA is doing lot of efforts in running operations and managing multitide of things like High Court Case, Protests, Follow up with Govt. officials in Chandigarh/Faridabad, Following up with media etc. Requesting non-gfwa members to become members and help in common cause.

The revised EDC letters have been re-uploaded on the GFWA section in PDF format. Please downlload the letters for your respective builders.

@vasudev - KLJ license is in the name Cadillac Buildwell Pvt. Ltd which has been uploaded.

I think languge of each letter is sufficient for we investors to start asking for revised EDC demand and it was expected from each responsible builders to start sending revised EDC demand letter after this generalised letter for greater faridabad from DGTCP. We can move to consumar court for deficiency of service and cheating case for asking extra EDC. Every builder is supposed to know about this order on their own.

Thanks for uploading the documents.
I was confused when I saw the file name and also when I opennned the file the name is SLF Buildtech.
I think one should read SPR Buildtech instead of SLF Buildtech and should not have any impact.
