Positives

- Location is good

- Overall area of the project and plan is good- Floor plan of flats is very good

- Finishing is also good, seen 2 BHKs

Negatives

-Not all towers at same progress levels, making it difficult to shift immediately for possesion offered towers

- Lot of delay

- false promises of timely delivery, but still better than other builders in the same area
