many people booked there flats 3 year ago with this builder. agreement happened in Jan 2008 although booking happened in september 2007.
Still there is no clue about the possession. Every time we talk to Mr Sanjay he keeps on giving different dates. Now they are saying for Oct 2011. No clue about the penalty clause money as well. When asked they are saying that it will be adjusted in full n final at the time of possession but I am sure that there will be problem at that time again.
Apart from RPS, Omaxe etc we should also raise voice against these small time builders as well becuase our hard earned salary are going as emi with no clue of getting possession.
