Well that means, RPS exceeds sum total of LOOT by various builders in region in name of these dubious charges.. !!!!!!!

For Piyush Heights, figure is wrong. Charges demanded for EEC/FFC etc. are Rs 193 per sq ft. amonting to Rs 2,80,000 for 3 BHK

EEF/FFC for Uppal Jade Summer Palms is also Rs.40/sq. feet

Ansal Royal Heritage is Charging Rs.40 PSF for FFC/EEC.

EEC charges : 75 rs Per sq ft
UCC Charges : 20000rs
Meter charges : 12000rs

Request members from housing societies to kindly share copy of possession demand letter, You may upload these in the forum or can mail it to s1joshi@gmail.com,

I am currently in possession of demand letter from Piyush, Uppal and RPS. It would be helpful if members from peer housing societies can share copies of recent possession letter. This is required to compile loot mechanism of various builders on account of additional charges.

For Klj greens no demand has been raised yet. Perhaps will be done at the time of possession.

The indicative figure informally shared by the builder is Rs 150/- per sq ft

THE EEC ARE MORE FOE THE PROJECTS WHERE THE BUILDER HAS TO SET UP THE ELECTRIC SUB STATION,THE REQUIREMENT OF LOAD IS MORE THAN 5 MW (5000 KW)
AND LESS WHERE THE SUPPLY WILL BE GIVEN BY DHBVN THROUGH 11KV FEEDER (LOAD UPTO 5 MW )
